SaveTok acts strictly as an online technical agent that enables users to access public media content from social media channels. By using this tool, you agree that:

3. Limitations of Technical Agent Role

SaveTok is a search and delivery utility tool. We do not own, host, cache, or monitor any of the videos streamed through our proxy interface. All content remains hosted on the respective social network's Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).

SaveTok makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SAVETOK'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaveTok, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or resulting from: (a) your use or misuse of the SaveTok website or services; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your violation of any rights of any third party, including without limitation any intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or proprietary right.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SaveTok is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in such jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the Services.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

SaveTok may revise these Terms of Service for its website at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
